Zucchini and Beef Patties

270 grams very lean ground Beef1/2 medium Onion finely chopped1 cup Zucchini grated and excess moisture squeezed out50 grams 2% fat Cottage Cheese1/4 cup Oat Bran1/2 tsp Curry Powder1 large Egg beaten1/4 cup Psyllium Husks1/2 tsp Garlic PowderSalt and Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients except for the Psyllium husks and mix well. Divide mixture into 4 portions and shape into patties. Coat in the Psyllium husks.
Place on a greased oven tray and spray lightly with canola spray.
Cook at 350 deg F (180 deg C) for @15 to 20 minutes, turning over half way through.
