Black Bean and Corn Salad

Ingredients
3 C Black Beans4 C Corn2 C Red Onion Chopped2 Large Bell Peppers any color Chopped1 C Italian Parsley1/2 C White Wine Vinegar2 Tbs. Lemon Juice1 C Olive Oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients, season with salt & pepper. Whisk Vinegar, Juice & Oil very well, pour over and serve. Does not need to be chilled.
