Chicken Penne rigate Pasta Salad

Ingredients
2 c uncooked Penne rigate pasta6 oz. rotisserie chicken (white meat)6 tbs chopped raw baby carrots1 c chopped raw zucchini1 c finely chopped onion1 oz Mexican Blend Cheese
Directions
Boil pasta for 10 min. Add to the pasta the chopped zucchini and baby carrots, boil for another 10 min.

Drain and cool in refrigerator.

Measure 1 c servings in a bowl, add 1/6 c onion and 1/6 oz of cheese. Toss and serve.
