1- 2 lb Beef Chuck Roast6-8 medium potatoe diced 1-14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes (no salt)1 LG onion dicedeither or 1 lb bag of frozen "mixed" bell peppers or 2 green, 1 red, 1 yellow/orange bell peppers cut into strips.1 TBS of Garlic Powder1 TSP of Ground black pepper (I prefer to ground my own)2 TBS of Sweet Basil Flakes or Basil
In a Slow Cooker add the 2 lbs of Beef Chuck Roast Garlic Powder, Black pepper, and Basil...cook on low for 3 hours turning once (do not add water). Pull the meat apart into smaller pieces...then combine the veggies. Stir gently until well blended. Cook on HIGH for another 2 hours or until potatoes are tender. ENJOY!!
