gluten free rhubarb crumble

Ingredients
140g gluten free all purpose flour (see recipe by nanabear60)85g chilled butter50g splenda brown sugar mix50g chopped walnuts500g rhubarb chopped100g splenda
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix sugar and rhubarb and simmer for 15 mins (rhubarb should be soft but not mushy)
Mix flour and sugar and rub butter into mix. add walnuts
Grease 9" by 9" pan and add rhubarb and the crumb mix on top.
Bake for 30 minutes.
