Mom's Crock Pot Goulash

Ingredients
2.5 lbs stew beef, lightly browned5 large carrots chopped or sliced2 cans condensed tomato soup 2 cans water
Directions
Brown beef lightly.
Add all to crock pot
Cook high 4 to 6 hours until meat cooked through

Makes approx. 8 servings.

Look for low sodium soup to decrease sodium.

Serve over egg noodles (fried if desired)

Could try brown rice.
