Ingredients
Most of my ingredients are from ALDI's:2 Med Fresh tomatoes (Chopped or sliced)1 8oz Edenvale Fresh Mozzarella (Sliced)5-6 Fresh Basil Leaves (Chopped lightly)3T Specially Selected Extra Virgin Olive Oil2T Apple Cider VinegarDash Sea SaltDash Black PepperDash of CInnamon
Directions
Slice or chop tomatoes, layer with sliced fresh mozzarella. Toss basil. Mix remaining ingredients and drissle. Cinnamon is a surprise ingredient.
