Spicy Meat Marinade with Yogurt for Flank Steak

Ingredients
Yogurt, plain, low fat, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz)Garlic, 2 clove, mincedGinger, ground, 0.5 tsp*chilli, 0.3 tbsp*Lemon Juice, 15 mL*Ground tumeric, 0.3 tbsp*Cumin seed, 0.5 tsp*Coriander seed, 0.5 tspPaprika, 1 tspRosemary, dried, 0.5 tspOnions, raw, 50 gramsFlank Steak, 250 grams
Directions
1) Mix all the ingredients except the steak in a food processor till well-blend.
2) Pour marinade into a glass bowl and add the meat.
3) Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
