Homemade Veggie Burgers

Ingredients
3 T Olive oil1 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped green or red bell peppers9 oz artichoke hearts1.5 cups black beans1.5 cups white beans1.5 cups garbanzo beansQuaker Old fashioned oats24 oz4 eggs1/4 cup garlic2 tsp hungarian paprika2 tsp chili powder2 tsp beau monde seasoning
Directions
Saute vegetables in oil until translucent. Remove from heat and cool. Add veggies to beans and mix thoroughly. Add oats and eggs, mix with hands and form into 18 patties. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Grill 2- 3 minutes per side.
