Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
3 ripe bananas, mashed2 eggs, beaten1/2 cup sugar2 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda
Directions
Mash bananas and mix with eggs. Add sugar, then flour and baking soda. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray, fill with batter and bake 350 for 1 hour.

Cut into 16 servings.
