Roasted curry potatos

9 small potatos2 tablespoons of Promise, fat free spread1 tablespoon Canola Oil2 tablespoons Curry2 tablespoons Rosemarysalt/pepper to taste
Cut potatoes into wedges, 6 - 8 per potato
Mix with hands the Promise and Canola Oil to coat all potatos. Sprinkle evenly with Curry and Rosemary, salt and pepper to taste.
Roast in oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, turn over and roast for another 20 minutes (or until desired crispness)
1 serving = 1 potato (6 - 8 wedges)
