Ingredients
1 large bell pepper (6 oz) or assorted baby bell peppers (6 oz)If 1 large pepper, cut in 4 and seed.Put 2 tbsp ricotta on each quarter (8 tbsp = 1/2 cup)If assorted colors of baby bell peppers, divide the ricotta over the halves.Add pepper (cayenne or black)Optional: put under the grill for a couple of minutes
