Sugar free chocolate meringues with Splenda

4 egg whites1/4 tsp cream of tartar1/8 tsp salt1/2 cup Splenda1/2 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp orange juice1 tsp. cocoa powder
Preheat oven to 400.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add cream of tartar, salt, and cocoa powder. Blend until combined. Add Splenda while mixer is on a little at a time. Add orange juice and vanilla and mix only until combined.
Drop by spoons onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place in oven and turn off the oven immediately. Let sit in oven for 3-5 hours or overnight
Serving Size: makes 24 meringues (or more if smaller)
