Ingredients
2 cups of wheat pancake mix.2 tsp cinnamon, in one bowl set aside2/3 cup of skim milk1/3 cup of honey1 egg, slightly, beaten1/4 cup of vegetable oil1 tsp vanilla
Directions
in a bowl put milk, honey,beaten egg, oil and vanilla. beat with a whisk then add to dry ingredients. spray a muffin pan and put 3/4 cup into each cup. Bake in over 425 13-18 min. yummo
