Banana Nut Bread, Low Carb

1/2 cup Butter4 oz Cream Cheese1/2 cup Erythritol36 drops liquid Stevia5 Eggs1 Banana (optional)1 tsp Banana Extract1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 cup Almond Flour1/2 cup Coconut Flour1 tsp Baking Powder1/3 cup Walnuts
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In stand mixer, add the cream cheese & butter, & cream ingredients together. Add Erythritol & Stevia, the extracts & the banana (if desired) to the mixing bowl. Slowly add eggs individually while the mixer is on low speed. Scrape the sides to ensure everything is mixed. Mix for 30 seconds on a medium speed.
Reduce speed to low, & add almond flour, coconut flour, & baking powder to the mix. Mix for 1 minute.
Pour into a well-greased loaf pan, & bake for 45-55 minutes @ 350F.
