Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Penne Rigate Cooked (or any whole wheat Pasta you like) Chopped Red Onion Chopped Chicken breast (Boneless,skinless Broiled or Grilled)Basil JuliannedFat free caesar dressingSundried Tomatoes or Cherry Tomatoes SlicedParmesan CheeseSalt and Pepper to tasteRomaine Lettuce chopped thinFat free croutons of your choice to top
Directions
Grill or broil chicken till no longer pink set aside to cool. Cook Pasta in boiling water 7-10 minutes. Drain pasta and rinse with cool water. Combine all ingrediants except romaine lettuce in large bowl. Place romaine lettuce on top of salad. Chill in refrigerator at least 30 minutes. . Right before serving toss lettuce into mixture and top with croutons. Eat right away Serving Size: makes 6-8 1 cup servings
