Paleo- Sausage breakfast Caserole

Ingredients
1 lb bulk Pork sausage1 bag frozen peppers & onions12 medium eggs, beatensalt & pepperseasonings of choice
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
In a large skillet over med high heat brown the sausage. Drain.
Add peppers & onions, cook on medium heat until all liquid has evaporated. Transfer to a greased 9 x 13" baking dish, spread evenly.
Beat eggs, salt, & pepper. Pour over sausage mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes or until center is set.

Makes 8 equal servings.
