Chicken with Lemon and Herbs

Ingredients
1/4 cup butter1 tbsp parsley1 tbsp thymejuice of 1 lemon2 chicken breastssalt and ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat the broiler to medium. In a small pan, melt the butter, then add the herbs and lemon juice and season with a little salt and pepper.

Brush the chicken generously with the herb mixture, then broil for 10-12 minutes, basting frequently with the herb mixture.

Turn the chicken over, baste again, then cook for about 10 minutes more, or until the juices run clear.
