*Soy Sauce, .5 cup (remove)*Canola Oil, .25 cup (remove)Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed (remove)*Great Value Coarse Ground Mustard, 2 tsp (remove)Ginger, ground, 2 tsp (remove)Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)Beef, top sirloin, 32 oz cut into strips
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 6 ingredients; add the steak. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Drain and discard marinade. Thread steak strips onto skewer sticks. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 5-8 minutes on each side.
