1 Med Head Iceberg Lettuce1 Lb Romaine Lettuce torn into pices (can also use bag version of this lettuce variety)1-1/2 Cups slivered almonds4 boneless/skinless check breats (boiled or baked) dice or shred Dressing: 4 TBS oil (I use olive oil)4 TBS Vinegar4 TBS Sugar'1/2 Cup Poppy Seeds
Directions
Toss salad with almonds and dressing just before serving to keep almonds and salads crisp. 12 Servings.
