Mayo-less Egg Salad

Ingredients
2 Hard boiled eggs3 generous tablespoons of plain greek yogurt3 tsp mustard, any kind.5 tbsp apple cider vinegar (optional)Dill, to taste (optional)Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions
Chop up hard boiled eggs into small cubes. Add all ingredients, stirring consistently. I really like dill weed, so I was generous in my recipe, but you can use as much as you'd like. And voila! You're done. I think you can get really creative with egg salad - I'm thinking about using chopped tomatoes or other veggies in mine next time. Enjoy!
