Baked Cheese Grits

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup grits (cooked as directed with 6 cups water)1 lb American cheese, plus a dash of Parmesan3 beaten eggs3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter2 tsp seasoned salt1 tsp salt1 tsp Tobasco1 tsp paprika
Directions
Preheat oven to 300°F. After grits are cooked and hot, add cheese, butter, eggs and seasonings; pour into a buttered baking dish (or several smaller ones). Bake for an hour or freeze for later use. (If baking from frozen, add an additional 15 to 20 minutes to cooking time.
