Ingredients
Cake:1.5 C. Flour1 C Sugar.25 C Unsweetened Cocoa1 tsp baking soda1 cup water.5 cup oil1 tsp vinegar1 tsp vinallaFilling:6 oz bag chocolate Chips1 8 oz cream cheese1 egg.33 cup sugar
Directions
Mix all cake ingredients well and fill cup cake papers half way. Mix all filling ingredients and stir in Chocolate Chips add to top of cup cakes (1 heaping spoon) bake 350 for 20 min. Makes 24 cup cakes
