Moms Veggie Beef soup/wine

Ingredients
12 ounces eye of round beef5 medium potatoes peeled, chopped 2 cups carrots1 large onionfresh garlic, chopped1 can each corn and green beans2 tsps canola oil4 cups Emerils fat free beef stockspices to taste
Directions
Brown beef and fresh garlic in canola oil, add wine and spices to taste. In crock pot add beef stock and vegetables, add in browned meat/wine mixture. cook on high for about 3 hours. Enjoy!
