3 asparagus spears, blanched with the flat end removed.1 tbspn cream cheese1 slice of roast beef1 tbspn horse radish1 tspn fresh chives1 tspn hot sauce
Take a slice of the beef (use good quality deli-sliced roast beef for this) and get the whipped kind of cream cheese. Stir in chives, horse radish and tabasco sauce. Add the three asparagus spears. Roll up, and hold together with a toothpick.
