Ham and cabbage soup

Ingredients
1 Head savoy cabbage (approx. 6 cups chopped)2 Large carrots, sliced1 Medium onion diced2.5 cups fresh or frozen cut green beans 4 Large potatoes, diced4 tsp. Ham Bullion12 c. Water1 wedge of lemon juiced (juice and zest)2.5 c. diced cottage ham (extra lean)1c Diced celery (with leaves)
Directions
Put it all in the pot and boil for 5 minutes, then simmer for the remaining 40 minutes or until all vegetables are tender. Add salt and Pepper to taste.

Serving Size: 12 1.5 cup bowls of soup.
