breakfast egg muffin

Ingredients
6 eggs1 oz swiss cheese slice2 tbsp light cream cheese (try smoked salmon)1 slice low fat deli ham
Directions
beat 6 eggs , 1/6 slice lean deli ham at bottom of (cooking sprayed) 6 cup muffin tin. add 1/6 egg mixture(add onions-jalapenos -herbs). top with one third tbsp cream cheese and1/6 oz swiss or other hard cheese. bake for 35-45 minutes at 380 until toothpick inserted comes up clean. let sit for 10 minutes.
