Chicken Strips

Ingredients
1 - skinless chicken breast, cut into strips1 - bag of Lay's Baked Original Potato Chips, crushedHidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing, for dipping
Directions
Cut boneless/skinless chicken breast into strips, if the strips are very long cut them in half.

Crush 1 oz. bag of Baked Lay's Original Potato Chips until finely crumbles. I use the bag to toss the strips in.

I used a cooling rack and sprayed it with cooking oil such as Pam, place the coated chicken strips on the rack and set rack over foil. Bake at 350 for about 20 min turning once so all sides will brown. Cool a bit then dip in the Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing.
