Gluten Free Shrimp and Pasta for One

60 grams corn pasta4 oz cooked shrimp (tails removed)3/4 Tb butter1/2 Tb Extra Virgin Olive Oil5 Fresh Basil Leaves1/4 tsp crushed red pepper2 cloves garlic, minced1 Tb Lemon juice1 Tb grated parmesan cheese
1. Boil the pasta according to package directions.
2. While pasta is cooking, melt butter in sautee pan over medium heat. Add olive oil, garlic, basil, red pepper, and salt, pepper, and dried oregano to taste.
3. Add shrimp. Heat through.
4. Add lemon juice.
5. Spoon pasta into sautee pan. Spoon some of the pasta water into the sautee pan as well (it acts as a binder).
6. Add parmesan cheese. Still well. Serve immediately.
Serving Size: Makes 1 dish of pasta
