Spinach Souffle

Ingredients
1 packages frozen spinach 1 16 oz. container of sour cream1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Directions
Thaw spinach and squeeze all water out
Add sour cream and soup mix and stir

For best results - refrigerate over night

Bake in oven at 350 until bubbling and warm in center - approximately 45 minutes
