Deep Dish Polenta Taco Pizza

1 tube Pre-cooked Polenta2tbsp water2 tbsp Corn Starch2 tbsp Flour or Wheat Flour1 lb lean ground beef, 1.5 cups of2% shredded cheese, 2 tbsp reduced fat sour cream, 1 cup fat free refried beans1 cup chopped lettuce1/2 tomato diced1/2 onion diced1/4 avocado,diced 1 bag of Uncle Ben's Ready rice, Spanish Style1 pack of taco seasoning
1. Preheat the oven per the directions on the Pre cooked Polenta package.
2. Grease/Cooking Spray an 8 inch diameter pizza or cake pan
3. Mix Polenta, water, corn starch, and flour in a food processor (or if you are like me and you couldn't get it to blend) Use your hands and mash it in a big bowl
4. "Pack" polenta (crust/dough) around the edges and the bottom of the pan
5. Stick in the oven for 15 minutes
6. While crust is cooking, brown 1 lb of ground beef. Following the directions on a taco seasoning packet, mix taco seasoning in ground beef
7. When the crust is finished, take it out, and layer the pizza. Refried Beans, rice, taco meat,cheese. Pop back in the oven for a minute or two until cheese melts.
8. Once cheese has melted, take it out and finish the layers. Sour Cream, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Avocados, Onions, and more cheese!
