Banana Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting

1 c. all-purpose flour2/3 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. salt1 1/3 cups mashed bananas1 1/3 cups skim milk or soy milk2 tbsp. unsweetened pineapple juice2 lg. eggs3/4 c. Splenda or artificial sweetener6 tbsp. butter, melted2 tsp. vanilla extract1/2 tsp banana extract
Heat the oven to 350. spray a 13x9x2 pan with cooking spray. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda and set aside. Combine the mashed bananas, pineapple juice and milk set aside. Beat eggs and splenda. Add butter, vanilla,and banana extract and mix. Add banana mixture and then the flour mixture. Bake for 25 minutes or until done in the middle.
