Cracker Barrel Baby Carrots

Ingredients
2 lb baby carrots1 teaspoon salt1 Tablespoon sugar2 Tablespoon butter
Directions
Rinse carrots and put in a sauce pan, pouring enouth water in the pan to just cover the top ofthe carrots.
Cover carrots and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Turn heat to low and simmer 30 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork.
When tender, pour off half to three fourths of the water.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
