Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 CanCampbell's Cream of Onion Soup, 1 CanCampbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup, 1 CanCrawfish tails, 24 oz.Onions, raw, 1 mediumGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 2, choppedCelery, raw, 4 stalksRotel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles, 1 CanWhite Rice, long grain, 2 cupButter, salted, 2 tbsp
Cook Rice (a rice cooker works great, the Etouffee is usually done about the same time as the rice)
Saute Onions and Celery with butter in large pan until onions are clear. Add bell peppers and cook to desired tenderness. (Adding small amounts of water may be necessary to finish softening vegetables.)
Reduce heat to medium and mix in soups, Rotel and Crawfish tails.
Continue to heat, stirring frequently until Etoufee is hot.
