apple quinoa bake

Ingredients
*Flax Seed, Hogsdon Mill Whole Grain Milled 2 tbsp (JBird), 1/3 cup *Almond Meal, 1 cup *Ancient Harvest Quinoa, 3 cups cooked (should be about 1 cup dry) *Apple - Granny Smith, 1 serving, diced *Apple Sauce Unsweetened by Mott's, 1 cup Raisins, .5 cup Pecans, .5 cup, chopped egg white, fresh, 6 large Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp *Morton Iodized Salt, 0.5 tsp Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp Cloves, ground, .25 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F, and grease a 9x13 cake pan.

Mix flax meal, almond meal (used almond pulp from making almond milk), cooked quinoa (1 cup dry=3 cups cooked) and egg whites in large mixing bowl.

In smaller bowl, mix diced apple, pecans, raisins and spices.

Combine all ingredients and add to greased cake pan, pressing down and smoothing out the top.

Bake at 375F for 45 minutes. Cool for 2 hours, then in the fridge till cooled completely (about 6 hours). When cooled, cut into squares.
