Cannellini 'Meatballs'

Ingredients
*Beans, Cannellini Beans, 2.75 cupBread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .75 cupEgg, fresh, 1 extra large Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Parsley, .5 cup Garlic, 2 cloves red bell peppersalt pepper
Directions
Coarsely chop beans and pepper in a food processor.

Transfer to a bowl, add egg the rest of the ingredients and mix by hand.

Form into meatballs, about a dozen balls about smaller than golf balls.

Bake in 375 degree oven for 15-20 minutes, then simmer lightly in choice of sauce for another 15-20 minutes.
