avocado and prawn curry

Ingredients
200g cooked prawns1 avocadohalf oniontbs vegetable oil3/4 can chopped tomatoestbs tomato pastecurry powderworcester saucebay leavespinch salt
Directions
fry onions in oil, add tomato paste, curry powder and avocado.
mix together until soft, add prawns and make sure the mixture coats everything.
Add other ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes to reduce the liquid
remove bay leaves before serving

Serving Size: makes 2 hearty portions, could stretch to 4 with other dishes added to the meal
