1 c. Brown Rice1 c. Lentils (Any variety)4 c. Vegetable Broth3/4 package frozen broccoli1 t. salt2 t. curry powder
Directions
Rinse rice and lentils in a colander and add to rice cooker.
Add remaining ingredients. Run rice cooker on brown rice setting.
