Sirloin Steak in sauce

Ingredients
1 lb. sirloin steak1 can tomato sauce2 tbsp. red wine vinegar1 tbsp. cumin powder1 tbsp. onion powder1 tbsp. paprika
Directions
Cut steak into strips and cook. When browned add all the ingredients add some water and let simmer for 20 minutes.
