8 oz. Jeni-O Lean Ground Turkey1 Can Red Kidney Beans1 Small Onion1 Can Diced Organic Tomatoes1 Can Diced Tomatoes with no salt addedSalt, Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes, Chili Powder to Taste
Directions
Sautee onion in Pam
Add Turkey and cook thoroughly
Add tomatoesand Beans
Season to Taste
Simmer for one hour
