Ingredients
5 medium Yukon gold Potatoes, sliced15 baby carrots, cut in half lengthwise1 medium onion, sliced1tbsp garlic powder1tsp paprika2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese2 tsp black peppersalt to taste
Directions
Prepare vegetables,place on piece of aluminum foil sprayed with nonstick spray. sprinkle rest of ingredients on vegetables and cover with another piece of foil. fold edges of foil to seal packet. place on grill set on medium heat or oven set at 350 deg. cook time 25 min.
