Whole Grain Flax Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
Oatmeal (plain), 1.5 cup dry Baking Soda, .5 tsp Baking Powder, .5 tspSalt, .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbspNutmeg, ground, .5 tspHoney, .5 cupApplesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup Molasses, 1 tbsp *Eggs, Trader Joe's Cage Free Grade AA, 1 egg (50g), Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp *Whole Wheat Flour, .5 cup *Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal,.5 cup
Directions
Mix all the dry ingredients together.
Mix all the wet ingredients together.
Mix the wet stuff with the dry stuff.
COOL the mix for 20 minutes in the fridge.
Preheat the oven to 335 degrees.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto your baking sheet.
Press down with a fork to ensure even cooking.
Bake for about 15 - 20 minutes or until golden on the bottom of the cookie.
