Ingredients
Can of chicken broth or 14 ounces of Great Value Chicken Broth11.5 ounces of tomato-vegetable juice1 cup of water2 carrots, sliced2 stalks of celery, diced1 (14.5 ounces) can of diced tomatoesSaltPepperGarlic
Directions
1. In a large pot, combine broth, tomato juice, water, carrots, celery and tomatoes.
2. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, or any other choice seasonings.
3. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes or until veggies are tender.
