Ingredients
.25 cup quinoa.5 cup nonfat milk.5 oz raisins.25 cup canned pumpkinpumpkin pie spice to tasteStevia - start small and add to taste
Directions
Add quinoa, raisins and milk to saucepan; heat to a boil and then simmer for 15 minutes. Add pumpkin, spice, and sweetener. Pour into bowl and add milk and butter - eat!

    Fantastic! Loved it. I had to add some water so it didn't burn but it was so yummy I want more! I also left out the stevia and didn't add any butter or extra sugar/sweetner as for me it was plenty sweet enough. Thanks for the wonderful new breakfast recipe! - 10/8/12
