Crustless Quiche

Ingredients
10 large eggs1 stick butter, melted1 lb cheddar cheese - divided1 lb cottage cheese1/2 cup flour1 tsp baking powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 400*

Whip the eggs until fluffy. Mix in 1/2 the cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, flour, baking powder and butter and a pinch of salt. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 baking dish.

Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350* and bake an additional 35-40 minutes.
