Ingredients
1 Large Low Carb/Low Fat Tortilla (approx 80 cal)1 cup Onions & Peppers SlicedSqueeze of Lime!/4 Chicken Breast cooked1 oz Farmer Cheese or Cottage Cheese1/2 oz low fat cheddar1 tsp Olive Oil (optional)
Directions
Saute onions, peppers
Boil & shred chicken, Mix with veggies and cheese, squeeze lime
Heat tortilla one one side, fill and fold. Cook both sides while pressing down.
