1 pkg 4-container biscuits (4 12-packs)4 large chicken breasts (frozen, boneless, skinless)2 chicken boullion cubes
Rinse and lightly thaw 4 chicken breasts. Put into a large pot of water and set to boil for 20 minutes. Cut biscuits into 4 equal parts. Skim chicken boil-off from top of pot of chicken breasts. Remove chicken breasts and cut into cubes. Return to boiling water along with biscuit pieces. Add 1-1/2 cups hot water. Add 2 boullion cubes. Boil for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Cover and turn down to lower heat. Continue cooking for 10 more minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve and enjoy!
