white flour, cheddar cheese (sharp is best), butter, salt, dry or powdered mustard, and cold tap water (1 tablespoon), oven at 350 degrees.
put all ingredients (except the water) in a food processor. pulse until chunky or crumbly. Add in the water and pulse a little bit more. preheat your oven now (to 350), and put the mix in a plastic baggy in the freezer for 10-15 minutes (don't let it freeze all the way!). Roll out as thin as possible and cut into squares. I rolled mine out on a silpat and separated them just a little. they don't really spread at all. bake until they start to brown a little. its hard to burn these, but undercooked is no good.
