Tuscan Bean Soup

Ingredients
2 c. white beans4 c. low sodium both1.5 c. chopped onions2 cloves garlicbay leaf
Directions
4 servings. Boil beans, onions and spice pack 3 minutes. Soak one hour. Add garlic and bay leaf and cook until beans are tender, about 2 hours. Put though a blender in batches.
