Blueberry Syrup

Ingredients
Directions
1 C blueberries (Fresh or Frozen)Juice from half a lemon1 TBS honey
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan over medium heat. Allow to come to a bubble for 10-15 mins.
Remove from heat and allow to cool for 10 mins and serve or for smooth syrup, squish blueberries against side of pot. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Either puree in a blender or press through a strainer, then serve.
Serving Size: Makes 2 large servings.
